Punjab School Education Minister visited Civil Hospital Sangrur to check the health of Meritorious School students. Feedback forms will be taken from the students every month to prevent such incidents. A decline in food quality after Diwali was reported by the students, but no improvement was made. The principal has been suspended and an investigation will be conducted. The health of the hospitalized children is stable. Food samples from all meritorious schools are being tested.
