FDP on ‘Life Skills Management’

The Department of Humanities and Social Sciences, MNIT Jaipur in collaboration with the National Institute of Technical Teachers Training and Research (NITTTR) Chandigarh is organizing a five days AICTE-recognized Faculty Development Programme (FDP) on ‘Life Skills Management’. In the inaugural programme of the FDP today, the Expert Speaker from NITTTR Chandigarh Prof. P.K. Singla during his address stressed on the significance of life skills for faculty members and the need for such a training. Sessions on topics like Leadership Skills, Time Management, Ethics and Values, Emotional Intelligence, Communication Skills, Cyber Security Awareness, Decision-making and Problem Solving will be organized during the FDP.

55 participants from technical colleges, universities and polytechnics from different parts of the country have enrolled for the programme. The FDP is being organized in the able leadership of Prof. N.P. Padhy, Director, MNIT Jaipur and Prof. Bhola Ram Gurjar, Director, NITTTR Chandigarh. The coordinators of the FDP are Dr. Preeti Bhatt, Dr Dipti Sharma and Dr. Nidhi Bansal from MNIT Jaipur and Dr. P.K. Singla from NITTTR Chandigarh.
