- ESIC examination has three phases of the selection process (Prelims, Mains, and Descriptive Tests)
- Prelims Exam: Qualifying in Nature Examination
- Mains Exam: Selection based marks will be added
- Descriptive Test: Computer test and paper pen descriptive test.
- ESIC always shortlist the candidates always 1:10 ratio candidates in Phase -2
- In phase-3 selections, ESIC shortlists the candidates as per 1:5 ratio wise.
- Revised pay as per 7th Central Pay Commission for the post is Level- 7 of Pay Matrix (Civilian employees) with Entry Pay Rs 44900/-, replaced against Pay Band Rs. 9300-34800/- with Grade Pay Rs. 4600/- of 6th Central Pay Commission.
