Chief Justice of India Dr Dhananjaya Y. Chandrachud on Thursday inaugurated the Training-cum-Examination Centre at the Additional Building Complex of the Supreme Court.

The Training Cell of the Supreme Court has been conducting awareness and training programmes for its staff in e-Filing, e-Office and other skills, along with induction training for newly-appointed personnel and orientation training for promoted officers on a regular basis.

Special training programmes have also been conducted for staff members with regard to stress management, anxiety management and mental health at the workplace.

The focus areas for training at the Centre included team building, leadership, organisational behaviour in Government, and ethics & values in public governance.

The Centre further planned to introduce training in Mentioning/Listing of matters and Cyber Security, along with related matters, in the near future.

The Training-cum-Examination Centre has been well-equipped with modern facilities for effective training and examination. An in-house software has been developed for easy functioning of the training cell at the Apex Court.
