CGC Landran celebrates Baisakhi with fervour

The festival of Baisakhi was celebrated with great fervour at Chandigarh Group of Colleges (CGC) Landran. Students and members of the faculty had a joyful time on the occasion. A vibrant cultural program comprising folk songs and dances including Jhoomar, Malwai Giddha, Rajasthani dance was presented by talented CGC students in addition to competitions like Turban Tying, Sohni Gutt, musical Jugalbandi, Best Muttiyaar, and Best Gabru.

Sehajpreet Singh won the Turban tying competition, while Gurleen Kaur and Harleen shared the first prize in the Sohni Gutt competition. Gursidak won the title of Best Gabru while Diksha was crowned Best Muttiyaar.
