In Harshada Bharat Deshmukh v. Bharat Appasaheb Deshmukh, MANU/MH/0602/2018 : AIR 2018 Bombay 148 : [2018 (2) HLR (Bom.) 148], the Bombay High Court considered Section 10 of the Family Courts Act, Order III Rule 1 of CPC, Order VI Rules 14 and 15 of CPC and various judgments on the aspect of representation of a party through a Power of Attorney and in the context of Section 13B of the Act,
