About Rajiv Gandhi National University of Law:
The Rajiv Gandhi National University of Law, Punjab (RGNUL) is an autonomous National Law University (NLU) established by the RGNUL Act (No. 12 of 2006) passed by the Legislature of the State of Punjab, under the second wave of reforms instituted by the Bar Council of India.
Established in 2006, RGNUL has garnered a pan-India reputation as a stellar institution for legal research and education. In May 2015, RGNUL became the first and the only NLU to have been accredited by the National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC) with an ‘A’ grade.

At CASCA, we strive to bridge the gap between technological advancements and legal frameworks, creating a comprehensive platform for scholars, practitioners, and students to engage with the pressing issues at the intersection of law and technology. Our commitment to fostering interdisciplinary collaboration and promoting academic excellence positions us as a pivotal contributor to the development of effective regulatory policies that address the challenges of the digital era.
Call for Submissions:
The Centre for Cyber Law and Artificial Intelligence (CASCA) invites submissions from students, academics, and professionals on a rolling basis.
Theme:
Submissions should address technological advancements or aspects of technology law frameworks within any jurisdiction.
Submission Guidelines:
1. Submissions must be prepared in Microsoft Word (.docx) format.
2. Authors are required to upload their document via the provided submission portal.
3. Blog posts should be between 1000-1500 words in length. There is flexibility for exceptional submissions that may exceed this word count range.
4. Authors are encouraged to incorporate hyperlinks for references within the text. These should direct to detailed reports, research articles, news sources, or blog posts, with a preference for open-access materials.
5. In cases where hyperlinks are not feasible, footnotes should be used, adhering to the latest edition of the OSCOLA referencing style.
6. A maximum of two co-authors is permitted per blog submission.
7. Submissions must be original and unpublished. The content should offer fresh perspectives or analysis on the topic and must not overlap with discussions already widely covered in existing literature or media.
8. The author(s) bear sole responsibility for the accuracy of facts, opinions or views stated in the submitted Manuscript.
9. Authors may request expedited review for articles addressing recent developments by marking the submission as “Expedited” in the File name of their submission.

11. Authors should write in a clear, concise, and accessible style, catering to both scholarly and general audiences.
Editorial Process:
1. Submissions are accepted year-round on a rolling basis.
2. Authors will be informed of the status of their manuscripts within fourteen (14) days. If no response is received within this period, authors may contact casca@rgnul.ac.in to inquire about the status of their submission.
3. Submissions that do not adhere to these guidelines will be rejected without review.
4. Due to high submission volumes, while the editorial board endeavors to provide feedback, this may not always be possible.
5. All submissions will undergo a double-blind review process to ensure impartial and objective evaluation.
