, Vasathi Schemes for Post Matric Scholarships, Fee Reimbursement to Students: The state government will bear all the fees for the poor children who cannot afford higher education. In addition to the hostel and mess costs, Rs 20,000 is paid annually. To this extent, the existing fee reimbursement scheme has been completely purged and issued new guidelines on November 30. As part of the Navratnas, the changes to the Post Metric Scholarships system have brought the Jagananna Vidya Deevana Scheme (Reimbursement of Tuition Fee – RTF) and Jagananna Vasathi scheme (Maintenance Fee – MTF).
For this purpose, the decision was taken at a recent cabinet meeting to increase the full fee and financial support for accommodation to students of SC, ST, BC, EBC, Kapu, Minority and Differently Abled students. Revised the instructions and guidelines which were issued in the past for Post Metric Scholarships. Implementing these schemes for Post Metric Courses except Inter and from ITI to PhD. These schemes Effective from 2019-2020
All eligible students will be issued a satisfactory YSR Navasakam Fee Reimbursement Card for these schemes. Student fees are credited to the respective college account and the accommodation fee mount is credited to the parent or guardian’s account. Chief Minister YS Jaganmohan Reddy’s implementation of these schemes is one of the most promising of the promises made in the manifesto, which will lead to the biggest social change this year (2019-20).

Jagananna Vidya Deevana Scheme: Jagananna Vidya Deevana Scheme means Reimbursement of Tuition Fee – RTF. Full fee reimbursement for each eligible student.
Jagananna Vasathi scheme: Jagananna Vasathi scheme means Maintenance Fee – MTF. For Hostel and Food Expenses, Rs.10,000/- for ITI students(each), Rs. 15,000/- for Polytechnic students (each), Rs.20,000/- for the students who are studying Degree and Higher Education. This amount is paid in two phases (in July and December) in a year.
Annual income of under Rs.2.50 lakhs, this scheme is applicable to all poor families. The AP government has issued orders directing the concerned department to take up the selection of eligible students for implementing these schemes
