A deprivation score of 0.4 shall be added to the 10th class GPA of applicants from non-residential Government Schools including the ZP, Municipal, KV, AP Model Schools and KGBV Schools for selection, with an objective of providing weightage to help the students from socially, economically deprived sections of the society for admissions.

Supernumerary seats to the extent of 5% are available to students belonging to States other than Andhra Pradesh & Telangana State including the children of Indians working in Gulf Countries / International and NRI students.
Admission will be on the basis of merit in the marks/grades obtained in 10th standard examination. Those candidates who got a minimum of 70% of marks alone are eligible for admissions.

RGUKT CET Test Centers: RGUKT CET Exam centers: One Exam center will be selected in each zone where 100 candidates are registered in Andhra Pradesh. If less than a hundred candidates are registered, they will be assigned to the nearest center.
For those who want to write in Telangana, ten centers have been identified for those in those areas. Hyderabad, Rangareddy, Warangal, Karimnagar, Adilabad, Khammam, Mahabubnagar, Medak and Nalgonda.
