AP DEECET Certificate Verification Dates 2024 or AP DEECET Certificate Verification Schedule 2024 will be released by DSE on its official website, .

Candidates who have given web options and download provisional admission letter can check list of documents and attend the certificates verification as per the schedule.

After verification of certificates, DSE AP will released final admission letter on its official website. Verified candidates should download final admission letter and join in allotted college.

All the DEECET 2024 candidates are hereby informed that it is decided to verify all the original certificates of DEECET qualified candidates before download or generation of Final Admission Letter for joining in D.Ed Colleges with this.

Hence all the students (qualified) are requested to attend the Government DIET College of the concerned District from where they appeared for the DEECET 2024 Exam with all original certificates.

Steps to be followed in AP DEECET Counselling​

  • Preparation of Seat Matrix (Rank Assignment),
  • Submission of web based options by candidates,
  • Allotment of seats to candidates
  • Issue of provisional letters of admission,
  • Verification of certificates at DIETs and
  • Issue of Final Admission letter:

AP DEECET Certificates Verification Eligibility​


The following instructions are issued for verification of certificates of DEECET candidates. Age Limit: The candidates should have completed 17 years as on 01-09-2024. There is no upper age limit.

Education Qualifications: The candidate who passed or appeared for the 10+2 Examinations (qualifying examination) or its equivalent are eligible to appear for the entrance test. But they should have passed the qualifying examination by the time of admission.

The OC candidate should have secured 45% of marks in aggregate in qualifying examination. The BC candidate and PHC Candidate should have secured 35% of marks in aggregate in qualifying examination.

The minimum percentage of marks in the case of Scheduled Caste, Scheduled Tribe and Physically Challenged candidates shall, however, be 30%.

Rajiv IIIT and Intermediate pass from AP Open Schools and National Open School candidates are eligible. IV. Urdu Fasil, Vocational and Bridge course certificate holders are not eligible.

Medium: The candidates who studied Telugu or Urdu as first language in SSC or its equivalent or who studied as one of the above languages in part II in Intermediate exam are alone eligible for admission of seats into concerned medium viz. Telugu/Urdu offered by the Institution concerned.

Additional Language: The candidates who possess additional language certificate are not eligible ( single Language not eligible)

FEE structure: a) Govt. DIET Colleges: Rs. 2385/- and b) Private D.Ed Colleges Rs 12,500/- ( Rs. 11,000/- Tuition Fee + Special Fee Rs. 1500/-). The Candidates who availed fee reimbursement for Professional studies are not eligible for reimbursement.

Parents of SC & ST candidates whose income is less than Rs.2,00,000 per annum from all sources and Rs.1,00,000 in respect of BC candidates claiming exemption of Tuition fee (Rs.2385.00 in case of Colleges under Government Management and Tuition fee Rs.11000.00 in case of Colleges under Private Management for One year).

CAP (Children of Armed Personnel): CAP certificates should be verified by the District Sainik Welfare Officer.

They are requested to collect the CAP certificates from the candidates called for verification on all dates and depute one responsible person to the District Sainik Welfare Officer of the of their concerned districts for verification and obtain genuine’s of the certificate. If it is found not eligible the same may be brought to the notice of the Convenor.

PHC: a) VI – 40% and above are eligible; b) HI – 75% and above are eligible and c) OH – 40% and above are eligible

  • Caste Certificate: Integrated caste certificate issued by Tahsildar is only to be accepted.
  • Local Candidates: Refer rule (7) of G.O.Ms 63, Dt 28-10-2013
  • NCC: Only NCC “B” certificate possessed candidates are eligible
  • Scouts and Guides: President Scouts and Guides are only eligible
  • Sports and games: Candidate must have represented the Country, the State etc., are eligible
  • Candidates shall produce only original certificates. No candidates shall be allowed to produce any Xerox Copies etc., for verification.

List of Documents for AP DEECET Certificate Verification​


Full details are available in your PAL (Provisional Admission Letter). All the candidates are requested that follow the instructions

  • You must read the your PAL three or more times line by line.
  • You Should attend the Certificates Verification with Required List Of Documents at your Allotted College of District’s Government DIET College, this is mentioned in your Provisional Admission Letter.
  • Fee will also important for pay at the time of Verification. So, Candidates should pay the prescribed fee after verification.
  • After you will receive Final Admission Letter and you can join your allotted college

So, you must join your allotted college after verification of certificates. Later you can also participate in II Phase counselling as per the same process of I Phase. Next step is that “Certificate Verification” For certificate verification you have to carry the following certificates.

  • Pdf of ONLINE application of AP DEECET.
  • Rank Card of AP DEECET (Rank card (Your name in the Merit List of Page) or If you not found Merit List, You can get from Results on AP DEECET Website).
  • SSC or its Equivalent Certificate for proof of Date of Birth (SSC Memo).
  • Certificates of Qualifying examination (Intermediate or equivalent) as submitted in the ONLINE application(Inter marks memo)
  • Transfer Certificate from the institution where last studied.
  • Study Certificate from Class 4 to 10.
  • Integrated Community certificate issued by MRO
  • PH Certificate
  • Special Category certificates
  • Income certificate
  • DEECET Hall Ticket
  • 2 pass port size photos
  • Provisional Admission Letter

Important Instructions​


1. Candidate Should attend the Certificate Verification: Candidate should without fail attend to the session for verification of certificates on the above shown dates.

Otherwise this Provisional Admission letter stands cancelled and the vacancies that arise in such cases will be considered for candidates who follow them in the merit list during the second phase of web based selection of colleges for admission.

Any request for consideration of admission after being absent for the session for verification of certificates during the prescribed time will not be entertained.

2. Candidate Must Produce the List of Documents: Issue of this Provisional admission letter is based on the particulars of candidate submitted by them in their ONLINE application and on the State Rank secured by her / him.

Hence, if the candidate fails to produce any of the relevant documents (as listed in the Provisional admission letter) in support of the claim for admission her / his admission stands cancelled.

3. Candidates should pay the prescribed fee: Candidates should pay the prescribed fee at any of the E-Seva Center for issue of Final Admission letter with which the candidate can proceed to the college into which she / he is given admission. Fee once paid will not be remitted back even if the candidate withdraws admission

4. Disciplinary Action: Candidates shall maintain strict discipline during the session for verification of certificates. Any candidate who obstructs the session or misbehaves or causes disturbance as to whatsoever will be subject to disciplinary action as per rules.

5. Candidates can apply for II Phase of Web based Selection of Colleges: If any candidate who is given admission during the first phase of web based selection of colleges wants to shift to any other college based on the vacancy list after first phase they can apply for the same during the second phase of web based selection of colleges.
