ALIGARH : Mr Mohammad Nawaz Khan, Department of Geology, Aligarh Muslim University has been selected for the prestigious IIT Bombay and Monash, Australia, joint PhD programme conducted under Indian-Australian Research Partnership.
Mr Nawaz will work on the project entitled, “Crustal evolution of the Archean basement and associated supra crustal rocks in the Aravalli Craton (NW India): Insights from the Bhiiwara-Nadhwara transect”.
Prof Kunwar Farahim Khan, Chairman, Department of Geology congratulated Khan for the achievement, adding that the success of students is a testimony of their hard work, dedication and guidance offered by the faculty members.
