AMU Resident Doctor wins first prize for paper presentation in Malaysia

ALIGARH : Dr. Mohammad Saquib Alam, a third year Resident doctor in the Department of Medicine, J.N. Medical College won the first prize under the young investigator category at 14th annual congress of Malaysian Endocrine and Metabolic Society held in Kuala Lumpur.

He presented his thesis on prevalence of non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD) in patients of hypothyroidism.

His supervisor, Prof. K.S. Zafar and Co-Supervisor, Dr. Hamid Ashraf have congratulated him on his achievement.
