AMU faculty member contributes to workshop on research and publication standards

Aligarh : Dr. Fahmeeda Zeenat, Assistant Professor in the Department of Niswan wa Qabalat at Ajmal Khan Tibbiya College, Faculty of Unani Medicine, Aligarh Muslim University delivered two lectures at the national workshop and training program hosted recently by the National Commission for Indian System of Medicine (NCISM), Government of India, at the State Takmeel-ut-Tibb College and Hospital in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.

As an NCISM-certified master trainer, Dr. Zeenat spoke on “Reporting Standard Guidelines for Case Studies and Case Series with Emphasis on Clinical Research Outcomes in Ayurveda, Unani, and Siddha”, and “Ethical Standards, Research Integrity, and Addressing Scientific Misconduct in Academic Writing”.

These sessions were part of the PG guide orientation and capacity building program aimed at enhancing research and publication skills among faculty members from Ayurveda, Siddha, and Unani systems.

Besides her lectures, Dr. Zeenat facilitated interactive hands-on activities, ensuring participants gained practical insights into publication techniques and research ethics.
