AIMA MAT Admit Card 2024 released. All India Management Association (AIMA) has released the Management Aptitude Test (MAT) for Computer Based Test. The MAT CBT Mode test Admit Card can be downloaded as per the schedule.

Candidates should note that Admit Cards are only available for registrations successfully completed. Admit Cards of the candidates provisionally registered can be accessed on the AIMA website, .

Candidates are advised to report to the allotted test centre at least 90 minutes before the scheduled commencement of the test. Candidates should produce MAT Admit Card duly completed at the test centre for appearing in the test.

AIMA MAT PBT Admit Cards: All India Management Association has released AIMA MAT Admit Card for PBT. Candidates who will be appearing for Paper Based Test can download the admit card through the official site of AIMA at aima.in.

The PBT will be conducted at various centres across the nation. Candidates who will appear for the exam will have to report to the allotted test centres at least 90 minutes before the scheduled commencement of the test. To download the admit card candidates will have to follow these simple steps given below.

Candidates are to be in possession of the following when reporting to the test centre:
a. Document: Admit Card duly completed and valid ID Proof.
b. Writing Materials: Blue/ Black Ball Point Pen.

Admit card will be verified and signed by the invigilator during test. The upper half of the admit card will be collected by the invigilator and the lower half will be handed over to the candidate.

The test room will be opened about 60 minutes before the commencement of the test. The candidates are to be seated at the allotted place.

The duration of the test is 2 hours 30 minutes. There are 200 questions. All questions are compulsory. Each question has four options marked (1), (2), (3) and (4) or (A), (B), (C) and (D). All questions carry equal marks.

There will be negative marking for wrong answers. Calculator, Mobile, Electronic Gadgets etc are not permitted inside the test room.

MAT Exam Schedule​

  • The PBT test is set for June 2, 2024 (Sunday),
  • while the CBT exam is scheduled for May 26, 2024 (Sunday).

MAT is a national-level test which is held for shortlisting candidates for admission to MBA and allied programmes at over 600 B-Schools across the country.

The MAT admit cards for CBT 2 will be available in pdf format and will include all pertinent information including exam time and exam day instructions.

Examinees must remember to carry their hall ticket along with one valid photo ID proof to the examination centre. They will not be permitted to bring any prohibited item to the exam venue.

How to download AIMA MAT Admit Card?​


The All India Management Association (AIMA) has released Management Aptitude Test, or MAT, admit card for the September session of exams on the official website, mat.aima.in.

Candidates, who have successfully registered for MAT can now download the admit card from the official website.

  • Go to the official website, mat.aima.in
  • Click on the topmost link saying ‘MAT Admit Card’
  • On the website, candidates will be asked to fill in details: E-Mail, Password and Date of Birth (DOB)
  • Click Submit after filling in the details
  • Download or take the print out of MAT admit card
  • Note- Candidates must keep the MAT admit card safe for further reference.

MAT Admit Card details: Aspirants are required to check the following information on their respective MAT admit card after downloading the same: Candidate’s Name, Roll number, Form number, Test Date, Test Time & Venue Address.

It should also be noted that specific MAT Admit Card is generated both for the candidates opted for the Paper Based Test and for the Computer Based Test.

Computer Based Test: Computer Based Test means the candidate sits in front of a computer and the questions are presented on the computer monitor and the candidate submits the answer through the use of keyboard or mouse.

Each computer is connected to a server, which prepared the question set and delivers it to the candidate on the computer.

CBT assumes that the candidate has basic familiarity with the use of computers like use of keyboard and mouse operation.

It is the responsibility of the candidate to acquire these skills before appearing in the test and AIMA cannot take responsibility for the same.

There is no time limit for individual parts of the test. The candidate can go back and change any of his/her answers among the 200 questions.

All questions will be of the Multiple Choice Question (MCQ) types. Each MCQ will consist of a stem which may be in the form of a question or an incomplete statement and for options.

Candidate must choose the correct or most appropriate answer by clicking on the button next to the answer.

Candidate can change this answer by clicking on the appropriate answer. Candidates can navigate freely through the questions. Candidate can move between the sections.

AIMA MAT Admit cards download from aima.in: The admit card for the AIMA Management Aptitude Test (MAT) (computer-based) will be released on the official website aima.in.

All those who had registered for the same can download their respective cards from the website itself. The exam is conducted for admission to MBA and allied programmes.

The exam will be conducted both online (computer-based test) or and offline (paper-based test). Candidates can take either of the two.

MAT Exam​


MAT is an important exam for MBA aspirants across India, as the MAT exam score is accepted by top MBA colleges in India including TAPMI, Manipal and XIME, Bangalore.

Therefore, getting a good score in MAT February exam holds the key for the candidates vying for a seat at top B-schools in India.

– The duration of the test is two hours 30 minutes.
– There will be a total of 200 questions and all of them will be compulsory.
– No negative marking will be done for wrong answers.

Following are the five sections of MAT:​

  • Language Comprehension: 40 questions, 30 minutes
  • Mathematical Skills: 40 questions, 40 minutes
  • Data Analysis and Sufficiency: 40 questions, 35 minutes
  • Intelligence and Critical Reasoning: 40 questions, 30 minutes
  • Indian and Global Environment: 40 questions, 15 minutes

Important things to remember​

  • After downloading the MAT admit card, make sure to cross check the details mentioned
  • In case any error is found, report it to AIMA and make the necessary changes
  • On the exam day, do not forget the MAT admit card as it is a mandatory document
  • An ID proof with your photograph will only allow you to take the test
  • Make sure the details mentioned on your ID and MAT admit cards are same; else this could lead to expulsion from the test
