4 High Courts to get new Judges and Additional Judges

Chhattisgarh High Court

The President has appointed Shri Sanjay Kumar Jaiswal, to be an Additional Judge of the Chhattisgarh High Court, for a period of two years, with effect from the date he assumes charge of his office.​



Uttarakhand High Court

The President has appointed following Judges of the Uttarakhand High Court, with effect from the date they assume charge of their respective offices.​

  1. Shri Rakesh Thapliyal;
  2. Shri Pankaj Purohit, and
  3. Shri Vivek Bharti Sharma.

Madhya Pradesh High Court

The President has appointed following Judges of the Madhya Pradesh High Court, with effect from the date they assume charge of their respective offices.​

  1. Shri Roopesh Chandra Varshney;​
  2. Smt. Anuradha Shukla;​
  3. Shri Sanjeev Sudhakar Kalgaonkar;​
  4. Shri Prem Narayan Singh;​
  5. Shri Achal Kumar Paliwal;​
  6. Shri Hirdesh and​
  7. Shri Avanindra Kumar Singh.​

Delhi High Court

The President has appointed Shri Girish Kathpalia and Shri Manoj Jain, to be Additional Judges of Delhi High Court, for a period of two years, with effect from the date they assume charge of their respective offices.
