NEET UG Answer Key 2024: How to Challenge NEET Answer Key

- 2. Click ‘Apply for Answer Key Challenge (s)’
- 3. Select the Test Booklet Code.
- 4. Login with your Application Number and Date of Birth and enter Security Pin as displayed and submit.
- 5. You will see the following Questions are in sequential order: NEET (UG) – 2024 50+50+50+50 Questions Physics/Chemistry/Botany/Zoology.
- The number next to the Question underthe column ‘Correct Option’standsforthe most appropriate Answer Key to be used by the NTA.
- If you wish to challenge this option, you may use any one or more of the Options given in the next four columns by clicking the check box
- You may want to upload supporting documents in which you can select ‘Choose File’and upload (all documents to be put in a single pdf file).
- After clicking your desired option, for Physics/Chemistry/Botany/Zoology for NEET (UG) – 2024 ‘Save your Claim’ and move to the next screen.
- You will see a screen displaying your challenges.
- Click on ‘Save your Claim and Pay Fee Finally’.
- Select Mode of Payment and Pay a processing fee @ ₹ 200/- for each question challenged. Make payment through Debit/Credit Card/Net Banking.
- After successful payment, download/print the Answer Key challenge receipt.
NEET UG Answer Key 2024: Check NEET Answer Key Tie-Breaking Policy
The inter-se-merit of candidates for tie-breaking: In case of two or more candidates obtain equal marks/percentile scores in the NEET (UG) – 2024, the inter-se-merit shall be determined as follows:
- a. Candidate obtaining higher marks/percentile score in Biology (Botany & Zoology) in the Test, followed by,
- b. Candidate obtaining higher marks/percentile score in Chemistry in the Test, followed by,
- c. Candidate obtaining higher marks/percentile score in Physics in the Test, followed by,
- d. Candidate with less proportion of the number of attempted incorrect answers and correct answers in all the subjects in the Test,
- e. Candidate with less proportion of a number of attempted incorrect answers and correct answers in Biology (Botany & Zoology) in the Test, followed by
- f. Candidate with less proportion of a number of attempted incorrect answers and correct answers in Chemistry in the Test, followed by
- g. Candidate with less proportion of a number of attempted incorrect answers and correct answers in Physics in the Test, followed by
NEET UG Counselling
- The counselling for admission to the seats under the control of State Governments/ UT Administrations / State Universities/ Institutions shall be conducted by the designated authorities of the State Governments as per the notifications issued separately by the authorities concerned.
- The Result of NEET (UG) – 2024 may be utilized by other Entities of Central and State Governments, in accordance with their respective eligibility criteria / other norms /applicable regulations/guidelines/rules.
- An All India Merit List of the qualified candidates shall be prepared based on All India Rank in the Merit List of the NEET (UG) – 2024 and candidates shall be admitted to Undergraduate Medical Courses from the said list only, with existing reservation policy.
- During counselling, the eligibility criteria, self-declaration, various documents, etc. of the eligible candidates shall be verified as per norms specified by the respective authorities and/or Medical / Dental Colleges.
