The institutional answer key will also be released by various coaching institution. With the help of answer key candidates must expect the marks which they are going to score in the final result.
Answer Key is the thing most candidates want after the Examination, as Answer key contain the correct answer of asked question in Examination. Answer key will release after few days of examination. Candidates can view the answer key from May 2023.
The WBJEE 2023 answer key will release through online mode. First, WBJEEB will publish the provisional answer key and after that final answer key.
Final answer key will be released on the basis of objection/ challenged received by the candidates.

- Click on the link and open it in new tab.
- The answer key will be displayed on your screen.
- Open the pdf file and download it.
- Take the printout of it and verify your answers.
- Also keep the printout of answer key till the final answer key will be released.
How to Challenge Answer Key
The candidates are provided with the opportunity to send the challenge if they are not satisfied with the published answer key by the officials.
To challenge the official answer key it is necessary to have valid proof of that particular question which candidate wants to challenge.
Without sending the supporting document along with the challenge it will be considered invalid and gets rejected. After accepting the challenges, the final answer key will publish by the WBJEEB.
Candidates have to pay the fee to send the challenge to the authority. The answer key challenge will be send to candidates through online mode.
Important Instructions to make Challenge:
- Candidates have to login by using their application number & password in order to view their OMRs & Responses.
- In case of category-I & category-II questions, the response is shown either as A or B or C or D.
- Unattended question are marked as “-“.
- In case of multiple answers given by the candidate, the response shown as “*”.
- In case of category-III questions, the responses will be shown as “A–D” etc.
- However, if any candidate will be not satisfied with the captured response he/she can claim for review.
- A candidate will be able to review of any number of responses subject wise & question number wise.
- Candidates have to pay Rs. 500 per response.
- The fee will be non-refundable.
- No claim will be reviewed if the payment not successful.
- The fee will be submitted through credit card, debit card & net banking.
- Scores & ranks will be calculated based on the final reviewed answer keys.

WBJEE 2023 Result
WBJEE Result 2023 will release from 4th week of May 2023. Candidates have to enter the application number and password to check result. The results can be checked through online mode only.
After the declaration of final answer key, the authority will publish the result. Candidates are able to get their through login to their account on official website to get their result.
On the basis of final answer key, the authority will release the result. The merit list will release the names of shortlisted candidates will be included.
WBJEE 2023 Cut Off will release in the month of May 2023. It will be decided by the board as per the result and marking scheme.
WBJEE 2023 Counselling will commence from fourth week of May 2023 via online mode. The counselling process will be divided into various steps such as registration, choice filling, seat allotment, reporting to the allotted colleges, etc.
