The admit card of has been released by the West Bengal Joint Entrance Examination Board. Candidates those filled the application form completely and submitted successfully can download the admit card. Candidates can get exact details regarding admit card after the announce of information bulletin.
It is informed to the candidates to keep the admit card for counseling procedure. To appear in the examination centre it is necessary to carry the valid admit card. Candidates are allowed to set in examination hall without admit card and during counselling process candidates must have to submit some details which can only be found form admit card.
WBJEE Hall ticket 2023 contains the exam related necessary instructions so, must check it carefully after downloading it.
WBJEE Admit Card Date 2023
Candidates can download the admit card from 20th to 30th April 2023. The exam will be conducted on 30th April 2023 through offline mode (OMR Sheet).
The result will publish through online mode in the month of May 2023. The counselling will be conducted from the August 2023.
WBJEE 2023 Cut Off will be released at the time of publication of result in August 2023. It will be decided by the board as per the result and marking scheme.

How to Download WBJEE Admit Card
- Visit the website link (link will be given above).
- Open the link in new tab.
- Click on ‘Download Admit Card for WBJEE 2023’ from notice section.
- Enter the application, password and security pin.
- Now, click on ‘SIGN IN’ and check your admit card.
- There is an also option of ‘Forgot Password’ and ‘Forgot Application Number’.
- Take the printout of it and keep extra printouts of it.
- Preserve the Copy of admit card till admission in the institution.

Instructions for Candidates
- Must carry the printed hard copy of downloaded admit card in the examination centre.
- Must ensure that the admit card should not be folded/distorted/soiled in any case. Candidates with such admit card will not be allowed to enter in the hall.
- Duplicate admit card will be provided only till the date of examination.
- If a candidate need a duplicate admit card after the examination, the same can be provided by the Board. In order to get a duplicate admit card, the candidate has to apply to the Board and pay a processing fee of Rs. 500/- by a bank draft in the name of “West Bengal Joint Entrance Examinations Board” payable in Kolkata.
- The centre will be provided on the basis of choice filled by the candidate, so, choose the centre as per your choice. It cannot be changed on later stage.
- Candidates from West Bengal, Assam and Tripura can choose any three exam centers in order of their preferences.
- Other state candidates have to choose any of the three centers from Kolkata/Howrah/North 24 pgs. in order of preference.
Instructions for the Day of Exam
- Must reach the examination hall before 30 minutes of the examination.
- Must aware of your exam centre location in order to avoid any inconvenience at the day of exam.
- Carry one of the document on exam day:
- Hard copy of WBJEE 2023 admit card
- A coloured photograph uploaded during the application form
- One of the original Photo ID card such as Aadhar card/ PAN card/ Passport/ 10th class admit card/ School ID card.
- Must take your seats before 15 minutes of starting of examination.
- Do not bring any electronic gadget or study material in exam room.
- Put your signature on the top of question booklet in the provided space.
