At the same time, major portion of the contribution to the accident is on the part of the deceased. This is more so that the deceased did not wear helmet at the time of accident. Further, on the date of accident, the deceased was a minor and not in possession of a driving licence to drive the two wheeler. Therefore, it is appropriate to fix 25% liability on the part of driver of the car and
