Tamil Nadu Open University has been founded in an act of 2002 in 577 Anna Salai, Saidapet, Chennai, Tamil Nadu. This institution offers a wide range of academic programs thanks to various facilities. Tamil Nadu Open University Distance Education Admission has started for the fresh academic session 2023-24. It offers various UG & PG Courses such as BA, MA, BBA, BCA, MBA, MCA, B.Com, M.Com, etc. As of 2017, the university had 111 distance-learning courses or institutions. While in the same year, it offered the students 113 programs at various levels, ranging from PG to certificate courses.
The students must have a 10+2 passed certificate from a recognized board to take admitted to any of the UG programs offered by TNOU. In contrast, for admission to PG programs offered by TNOU, students must have a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field from a recognized university. Admission to all the courses is done based on merit scores.

TNOU Admission to postgraduate courses for the academic year 2023 has started. Tamil Nadu Open University Distance Education offers MA, MSc, MSW, MBA, M.Com, and MCA courses. To be eligible for TNOU admission, students must have completed their graduation degree from a relevant field. No entrance examination is required for any of the courses. Students who want to have an effective educational journey can choose from a variety of specializations.
