Here are details about Thapar University 2023 application form with some key instructions given below:
- The application form for has been released via online mode.
- Fill the application form with details such as name, email id, phone number, academic details, etc.
- Candidate must upload the scanned passport size photograph and signature.
- All the details in application form must be correct as there is no correction facility provided to candidates.
- Thapar University 2023 application form for MBA course can be filled till 27th February 2023.
- Submit the form and take the printout of the online application form for further use.
Application Fee:
- The application fee can be submitted through online mode as well as offline mode.

Thapar University Eligibility Criteria
Candidate must check the eligibility criteria for Thapar University 2023 below:
For B. Tech courses:
- Qualification: Candidates must qualify 12th intermediate from any recognized board.
- Marks: In qualifying exam candidate must score at least 60% (55% for SC/ ST category).
- Subjects: Candidate must pass with Physics, Mathematics, and Chemistry as compulsory subject along with one of the subjects Biotechnology/ Computer science/ Biology.
- Appearing: Those candidates appearing in qualifying exam are also eligible to apply for the exam.
For MBA courses:
- Qualification: Candidates must have graduate degree with at least 50% aggregate marks or equivalent CGPA from a recognized university/ Institute.
OR
From any recognized university/Institute, candidates must have post graduate degree in any discipline with at least 50% marks or equivalent CGPA.
OR
Graduate candidates with a professional qualification must score minimum 50% in all parts/sections of the Intermediate examination of CA/CS/ICWA/Institute of Actuaries of India.
- Appearing: Appearing candidates in the final year of bachelor’s degree/equivalent qualification examination and those candidates who have completed degree will be also eligible to apply.
For MCA course:
- Qualification: The candidates must hold bachelor’s degree from any recognized university/ institute.
- Marks: The minimum marks candidates must obtain at least 60% marks (55% for SC/ ST candidates).
- Subjects: In qualifying exam candidates must pass with Mathematics as a compulsory subject in 12th or at graduation level.

How to Apply for Thapar University 2023
Check the steps for filling the online application form for Thapar University 2023 below:
- Visit the website (link is provided above).
- Click on “Apply Now” to register.
- For registration they have to enter basic details such as name, email id, mobile number, enter OTP, select state, city, programme type, select qualifying exam and enter Register button.
- After registration candidate must fill the application form with details i.e., Personal, Academic details, examination centre, contact number, etc.
- Click on Submit button.
- Then upload the scanned documents like latest passport size photograph and signature.
- The size of scanned photograph and signature must be in prescribed size and in JPG/ JPEG format.
- Candidate can upload the category certificate as well (if applicable).
- After uploading the documents pay the application fee through online as well as offline mode.
- Candidate will be able to pay the fee using debit card/ credit card/ net banking.
