| वरिष्ठ सहायक संचालक (भांडवल बाजार) | Chartered Accountant or Cost and Management Accountant Chartered Financial Analyst or Master of Business administration (Finance) or Postgraduate Diploma in Management (Finance) or Company Secretary with two years experience in the field of capital markets; |
| सहायक संचालक (कायदा) | Graduate in any discipline plus a bachelor’s degree in Law from a recognized university |
| सहायक संचालक (तपास) | (I) Bachelor’s Degree from a recognised University; and |
(ii) Ten years experience in the field of regulation or operation of the Banking sector
(ii) Eight years experience in the field of regulation of capital market or merchant banking.
(ii) eight years experience in the field of forensic auditing commercial audit or internal audit division or investigation accounts and auditing.
(ii) Five years experience in the enforcement of regulatory Laws or investigation of economic offences and collection of Intelligence thereto.
(ii) Five years Integrated bachelor’s degree in Law with three years experience in the field of Corporate law: or:
(iii) Bachelor’s Degree in any subject and Company Secretary from the Institute of Company Secretaries of India with three years experience in the field of Corporate law.
(ii)Three years experience in the enforcement of regulatory laws or investigation of economic offences and collection of intelligence thereto.
(II) Three years, of experience in the enforcement of regulatory Laws or investigation of economic offences and collectioN of intElligence thereto in a Government department.
