Presidency University 2023 Application Form
Here are the details about Presidency University 2023 Application form given below:
- Candidates can fill the application form for Presidency University 2023 through online mode.
- The Presidency University 2023 application form for UG courses has released from 3rd January 2023.
- Application form for PG courses has been started from 31st January 2023.
- Enter all the required details like educational, personal, communication, and other details to fill the application form.
- Candidates need to upload all the required documents such as photographs and signatures in the prescribed format.
- All the details in application form must be correct as there correction facility is available to candidates.
- Candidates are able to fill application form till 31st January 2023 for PUBDET and till 21st February 2023 for PUMDET.
- Correction facility is provided to the candidates from 2nd February 2023 for PUBDET and started from 23rd to 24th February 2023 for PUMDET.
- Candidates need to take the printout of the application form for future reference.
Application Fee:
- The application fee can be submitted through online mode.
- Candidate can pay fee using Debit card, Credit card and Net Banking for transaction.
- Application Fee for general category is Rs. 500/- and for reserved category fee is Rs. 250/-.
How to Apply for Presidency University Admission:
- Step-1: Go to the website of Presidency University Admission 2023.
- Step-2: Click on “Click here to Register” on the home page of application form.
- Step-3: Enter the user id and password to create login and register yourself.
- Step-4: Candidates have to fill the application form by entering details like personal, educational, contact number, etc.
- Step-5: Upload the scanned images of photograph and candidate signature and select “save and next”.
- Step-6: Candidates have to pay the application fee through online mode.
- Step-7: Print the application form and fee receipt for future reference.
Presidency University 2023 Eligibility Criteria

For UG Courses:
- Qualification: Candidate must pass 12th level or equivalent from any recognized board.
- Nationality: To be eligible for admission candidate must be Indian citizen.
- Marks: The marks will be different as per the course and category.
- Domicile: Candidates must have domicile certificate of West Bengal state who belong to reserved category.
- Appearing: Those candidates who are appearing for final 12th class exam can also apply for admission.
For PG Courses:
- Qualification: Candidate must have bachelor’s degree from any recognized university/ institute.
- Marks: The marks will vary as per the course and category.
- Domicile: Candidates must have domicile certificate of West Bengal state who belong to reserved category.
- Appearing: Those candidates who are appearing in final semester exam of B.Sc. / BA or equivalent can also apply for admission.
Presidency University 2023 Admission Procedure
Presidency University 2023 Admission procedure will be based on the UG and PG courses. The candidates who score more than cut off marks will be eligible for admission procedure.
The Presidency University will prepare the merit list and will be shortlisted for counselling rounds. The merit list will be prepared separately for Undergraduate and Postgraduate courses.
Presidency University 2023 Entrance Exam
The presidency university conducts the university level entrance exam for admission in UG and PG courses. The entrance exam for UG will be Presidency University Bachelor Degree Entrance Test and for PG course will be Presidency University Master Degree Entrance Test.
For UG courses, exam has been conducted from 3rd & 4th June 2023 and for PG course, exam will be held on 30th July 2023. Candidates are able to give exam through offline mode.
Presidency University 2023 Result
The result for Presidency University 2023 will release in July/August 2023 for both courses, respectively. The result will be available through online mode. Authority will release the result for every candidate who participated in the exam.
Candidate can check the result by entering login credentials like application number and date of birth. The candidate must download the result for future reference.
Presidency University 2023 Counselling
The counselling for Presidency University 2023 will be organized through online mode. The counselling procedure will be conducted in multiple rounds like filling application form, fee payment, and allotment of seats.
The counselling will commence from first week of August 2023. The authority will conduct the counselling separately for both PUBDET and PUMDET exam. The candidates who will clear the exam will be allowed to participate in counselling procedure.
