This year, we are back with our 14th iteration of the flagship event of Amity Moot Court Society which is scheduled from 17th to 19th October 2024.
This year’s moot problem delves into the complexities of Public International Law, with a central theme on the critical issues of “Genocide and Territorial Sovereignty.” The theme oscillates at the crossroad between the path to protection of state’s right to maintain its sovereignty and the road to world peace and security. In an era where the borders of nations are drawn with ink that easily turns to blood, and the cry for sovereignty is often a prelude to violent conflict, this theme forces us to confront the uncomfortable reality of our shared history.
This year, we welcome 41 teams from various countries, each competing with fervour and dedication. The participants will showcase their legal prowess on a highly complex moot problem that explores the depths of international law and justice.

10:00 hrs – The briefing ceremony is about to begin but before that the esteemed Heads of Institution and the Chairman announce inaugural of AIM 2024 with the auspicious lighting of the lamp. The participating teams are now undergoing a briefing before the competition is officially declared open.
10:30 hrs – The SCC Training Session has begun. The participants are looking forward to this stimulating session, a treasure trove filled to the brim with legal knowledge and skills.
