The Counselling process for has been started after the declaration of results and selection of students for the counselling process. The complete schedule of counselling is published on the University website. Candidates have to download their call letter and submit with the necessary documents to the University.
To be eligible for counselling round, candidates have to get shortlisted in the rank list released by the university. During the counselling process candidates have to submit their necessary documents for the document verification process.

KIIT University 2023 Merit List
To be eligible to participate in the counselling process, candidates must get shortlisted in merit list/rank list released by the University. is published on different dates for Phase I & II for B.Tech course. Students who successfully get shortlisted in the merit list will be called for counselling. In case of one or more candidates secure equal marks in the test, inter-se merit of such candidates are determined.
The University releases separate rank list for various courses. Candidates are shortlisted in the rank list on the basis of performance of the students in the entrance exam. The merit list can be checked by the students on the University website.
KIIT University 2023 Counselling Procedure
The counselling procedure of KIIT University start after the selection of the students in the merit list. Students shortlisted in the merit list is informed about the complete schedule of counselling through the official website.
On the counselling day, students are required to be present at the allotted counselling venue half an hour prior to the starting of the counselling process. Students must be present at the venue with all the required documents.
The counseling procedure consist of document verification and seat allotment process. Seats are allotted to the candidates on the basis of performance in the entrance test and rank obtained in the rank list. Students at the time of document verification have to show their original as well as photocopies of below listed documents:

- 10th Pass Certificate and Mark Sheet
- 12th Pass Certificate and Mark Sheet
- Diploma Pass Certificate and 3 years Mark Sheet (for Lateral Entry Candidates)
- Graduation Mark sheet and Pass Certificate (For PG Programmes)
- Category certificate
- Valid GATE Score Card (To apply for M.Tech)
- Valid NEET Score card for MBBS, BDS, PG Medical & PG Dental Programmes
- NATA Score card for B.Arch Programme
KIIT University 2023 Counselling is commenced after the release of rank list. During the counselling process, students are allotted seats as per the order of merit. Candidates allotted the seats successfully can download the provisional admission letter from the University website.
