IPU CET 2024 Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must go through the given before filling the application form:
For B.Tech:
- Qualification: Applying candidates must pass class 12th level from recognized board or equivalent.
- Subject: Candidates must pass each of the provided subjects such as Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, and English.
- Age Limit: The candidate’s age should not be beyond 21 years as on August 1st, 2024 for all UG programmes where entry qualification is 12th pass other than MBBS.
- Marks: To be eligible for the exam, candidates must score 55% marks aggregate.
- Admission Criteria: Candidates will be required to appear in Joint Entrance Exam (JEE) Main Paper 1. The university will not conduct CET for engineering courses.
For Masters of Arts (Mass Communication):
- Qualification: Applying candidates must be graduate in any discipline from any recognized university.
- Age Limit: For all other PG courses where entry qualification is graduation the age should not be beyond 35 years as on August 1st, 2024.
- Marks: Candidates must score 50% marks with aggregate.
- Admission Criteria: The admission will be given on the basis of the merit list of the written test/ CET/ CUET.
For M.Tech:
- Qualification: Candidates must have B.Tech/ BE degree in computer science/ electrical engineering or equivalent. M.Sc IT, MCA & other candidates will also be eligible to apply.
- Entrance Exam: Applying candidates must qualified GATE, CET or CUET to apply for M.Tech course.
- Age Limit: The entry qualification is graduation for all other PG programmes, the age should not be beyond 35 years as on 1st August, 2024.
- Marks: Candidates must obtain at least 60% marks or equivalent in the qualifying examination.
IPU CET 2024 Exam Pattern
