This exam will be regulated by the Uttarakhand Technical University (UTU). It will be organized for those candidates seeking admission into undergraduate & postgraduate courses. These courses are offered in the field of Engineering, pharmacy, hotel management and computer applications. through online mode only. The application form will release from 12th June 2023. Candidates will be able to fill the application till 22nd June 2023. Candidates must take the print copy of the filled application form for future use.

Candidates must fill details carefully in the application form including personal, communication, educational etc. Fill details carefully to avoid any kind of mistake. Fill correction details in the application form, after final submission of it any correction facility will not be provided.

There will be no need to send any hardcopy of the filled application form by post to the authority. Application Form will not be provided through any offline mode. The application fee will be Rs. 2000 (Counselling Fee).

Application Fee:​

• The application form fee will be Rs. 2000/- for General and OBC category.
• Application Fee can be paid through online mode via debit/credit card or via net banking.
• Application Fee will be non-refundable.

Documents Required for UKSEE 2023 Application Form​

• high-school and intermediate mark sheets
• Scanned passport size photograph
• Scanned signature
• Graduation or diploma mark sheet
• Id proof i.e. Aadhaar card

How to Fill UKSEE Application Form 2023​

Aspirants have to follow the mentioned steps to fill the UKSEE 2023 Application Form. Below, we have updated the step by step procedure for How to Fill UKSEE Application Form 2023:

Step-1: Online Registration
Step-2: Login to Application Form
Step-3: Upload Photograph
Step-4: Fee Payment

Candidates must read the instruction carefully before filling the application form.

Step-1: Online Registration ​

• Visit the website.
• Click on the link “Apply for UKSEE 2023”.
• Enter your email Id & mobile number for registration.
• Candidates will receive the registration ID after successful registration.

Step-2: Login to Application Form​

• Login with the “Registration ID”, “Date of Birth” & “Password”.
• Enter your basic details and academic details.
• Re-check the filled entries/information before submitting.
• Candidates will not able to edit the entries after submission of the application form.
• Click on the “Save” button.

Step-3: Upload Photograph​

• Candidates have to upload their scanned photograph in a JPEG Format.
• The Photograph size should be 35 X 45 mm with at least 75% coverage of face & head of the candidate. Name of the candidate & Photograph taking date will be printed at the bottom of the photograph.
• Photograph background should be white/light colored.

Step-4: Fee Payment​

• Submit the application fee through online mode.
• Offline facility will not be provided for submission of application fee.
• The application fee shall not be refunded under any circumstances.
• Keep the print copy of the filled application form for further reference.
