Candidates make sure that they fill the application form correctly. Submission of incorrectly filled application form will lead to cancellation of the form.

Candidates must submit the application form before the last date of submission i.e. till 9th June 2023. The authority will also provide the application correction facility for rectifying the mistakes in application form. Candidates will able to edit/modify the details of the application till 14th June 2023.

How to Fill MP PAT 2023 Application Form​

The complete application process of MP PAT 2023 will be online. To fill the application form, candidates can follow the given below steps:

Visit the Online Portal:​

Visit the official website of MP PAT. Click on the link provided on the website for ‘MP PAT 2023 Registration’. Now login to the online portal and click on the ‘Citizen Service’ after which you will be redirected to the application from page. Read all the instructions carefully and click on continue button to move to the next step.

Register and Fill the Application Form:​

Now, candidates will have to register and fill up the application form. Candidates will have to fill their personal, contact, qualification, educational and other details in the application form. After filling the form, verify all the entered details before moving to the next step.

Upload the Required Images:​

After filling the application form, candidates will have to upload their scanned images of recent colored photograph, signature, thumb impression and proof of handwriting. Candidates will have to upload the documents as per the specifications mentioned by the authority in the application form. Failing to upload the documents in the correct format will lead to cancellation of the application form.

Payment of Application Fee:​

After filling up of application form and uploading process, candidates have to make the application fee payment. To pay the application fee by online mode, click on the option of ‘Proceed to pay’. Candidates will have to pay the application fee of Rs.500 (Rs.250 for MP reserved candidates). The application fee will be paid by the candidates through online mode using net banking method or debit/credit card.

After successfully following all the above steps, take out the print out of the application form for further use in admission procedure.
