Haryana DET 2023 Application Form

- The application form for the Haryana DET 2023 will be available by online mode only on the website.
- Registration process will begin from the month of April 2023.
- First, the candidates have to verify the eligibility, and based on it the candidates will be able to fill out the application form accordingly.

For Diploma Pharmacy Course:
- Applying candidate must have passed 12th or equivalent exam from BSE Haryana from a recognized board or university.
- Students in qualifying exam must have passed with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/ Mathematics subjects.
For Diploma Engineering Course:
- Applying candidate must have passed 10th/ SSC or equivalent exam from BSE Haryana from a recognized board or university.
- Candidates must have passed 10th with atleast of 35% marks (33% for SC/ST & Kashmiri Migrants)
- Must have passed in each mathematics and science subject.
For Diploma Engineering (LE) Course:
- Passed 12th with Physics/ Chemistry/ Mathematics/ Computer Science/ Electronics/ IT/ Biology/ Informatics Practices/ Biotechnology/ technical vocational /Agriculture/ Engineering graphics/ Business studies/ Entrepreneurship OR
- 12th with NSQF level 4 eligible for consideration in various diploma Engineering courses.
- Candidates with ITI of at least two years duration (after 10th) with appropriate trade can also apply.

Haryana DET 2023 Cut Off
Haryana DET Cut Off marks are the minimum marks released by the authority for shortlisting the candidates. Category-wise cut-off is released by online mode. Candidates qualifying the cut off marks decided by the authority can participate in further admission procedure.
On the basis of cut-off marks, the authority prepares the category wise merit list. Selected candidates are further invited for process of admission.
Haryana DET 2023 Merit List
Haryana DET Merit list 2023 will be prepared after the candidates will successfully submit their applications and verify their documents. Candidates will be allotted inter-se- merit on the basis of marks obtained in the qualifying exam.
The merit list will be prepared keeping in view various factors like percentage of aggregate marks obtained at SSC or equivalent qualifying exam, number of candidates applied, marks of individual subject, etc.
Haryana DET Reservation
There will be reservation for various categories in various institutions/ polytechnics of Haryana:
- For Girl students, there is 25% horizontal reservation in all technical institutions/ polytechnics of Haryana.
- Seats upto maximum 10% of the sanctioned intake per course in the EWS reservation of State Govt. shall be available in all educational institutions.

Haryana DET 2023 Counselling
This process of Counselling for the Haryana DET 2023 will be followed in various rounds. It will be held through two online off campus counselling. This process will take place after the release of the merit list. Candidates who have scored well and named in the qualifying merit list will be shortlisted for this counselling process.
In this counselling process candidates need to go through so many stages. These stages are – submission of the processing fee, online registration, online choice submission, the result for seat allotment, completion of the enrollment formality.
For this counselling process, candidates need to pay non-refundable counselling fee of Rs. 500/- as charges. Without its submission, admission will not move further.
