Candidates must have a full-time B.E./B.Tech. in Metallurgical Engineering/Metallurgy, along with a Master’s Degree and a full-time or part-time Doctorate (Ph.D.) in Metallurgical Engineering/Metallurgy/Material Science.
HAL Recruitment 2024 Experience
Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Metallurgical Testing, Characterization of metallic materials, and Failure Investigation of aeronautical and engineering components.

Selected candidates will be placed in the pay scale of Rs.60,000 – Rs.1,80,000.
