- The application form has been started for various UG & PG courses.
- Candidates can submit the registration form through both offline and online mode.
- Candidates are advised to check the eligibility criteria below before filling out the application form.
- Applicants are required to enter the details such as name, parents names, qualification details, and other asked details.
- It is necessary to submit the required documents i.e. photograph, signature as per the specifications.
- The last date to submit the application form is till 30th March 2023 for CUET UG.
- Candidates need to submit the photocopies of mark sheets, admit card, domicile & category certificate with the offline form.
- Application correction has been started from 1st to 3rd April 2023 for CUET-UG & 20th to 23rd April 2023 for CUET-PG.

- The application fee for each candidate is Rs. 1200/- for all programs.

- Candidates can use credit card, debit card, or net banking for online payment.

Graphic Era Hill University 2023 Eligibility Criteria
Applying candidates are advised to fulfill the eligibility criteria before filling the Graphic Era Hill University 2023 application form:
For B.Tech:
- Qualification: Candidates must qualify 12th class or equivalent to be eligible for admission.
- Subjects: In qualifying exam candidate must have Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics subjects.
- Scores: Applicants must have valid JEE Main score to be eligible.
- Appearing: Those candidates appearing in final year in 2023 are also eligible to apply for admission.
For M.Tech:
- Qualification: The passed candidates in MCA, B.Tech (EC/IT/CS), M.SC (CS) can apply for admission.
- Scores: Candidates must have valid GATE scores to apply.
- Appearing: The appearing candidates in the last year of graduation can also apply.
For MBA:
- Qualification: The pass candidates in bachelor’s degree (any discipline) or equivalent subject can apply for admission.
- Marks: To apply for admission, candidates must have 50% aggregate marks in graduation.
- Scores: Candidates with valid scores in CAT/MAT/XAT/NMAT/CMAT can apply for admission.
- Appearing: The appearing candidates in the final year of degree are also eligible.
Note: If candidates have 75 percentiles in CAT/MAT/XAT/CMAT or 210 score in NMAT, then the aptitude test is exempted.
For CUET (UG/PG):
- Qualification: Candidates must pass 12th level exam or its equivalent to be eligible for UG. For PG courses candidates must have bachelor’s degree from a recognised university.
- Age Limit: There is no age limit criteria to apply.
- Appearing: The appearing candidates in the 12th class/ final year of bachelor’s degree are also eligible to apply for the respective courses.
Graphic Era Hill University 2023 Admission procedure
The admission will be given in the Graphic Era Hill University on the basis of 10+2 merit list or other national level exam. The authority will release the merit list after completing the application procedure. 30% of the B.Tech seats are reserved for the students residing in Uttarakhand.
Applicants need to score at least 50% marks in their last qualifying exam to get admission into some of the specialised/ professional courses. As per the JEE Main score, admission is offered in B.Tech program. Admission to M.Tech is offered on the basis of GATE Score. A valid score in CAT/MAT examination is required to get admission into MBA courses.
Graphic Era Hill University 2023 Merit list
The Graphic Era Hill University 2023 merit list will be released in the May 2023. The authority will release the merit list through online mode on the website.Merit list will release for the eligible candidates after final submission of the application.
The merit list will be released for the candidates who have filled the application form successfully.. It will be prepared by the university on the basis of marks obtained by the candidates in the last qualifying exam and other entrance examination. Those candidates will be able to participate in the counselling round whose names will be there in the merit list.
Graphic Era Hill University 2023 Counselling
The Graphic Era Hill University 2023 counselling will be organized from the month of May/ June 2023. Only shortlisted candidates will be able to participate in the counselling procedure. Based on the merit list and options filled by them, the seat will be allocated to the candidates.
The counselling procedure will be the final stage of the admission procedure. The university will notify the candidates about the seat allocation through SMS on their registered number. At the time of counselling candidates will have to submit some of the important documents for verification process.
