GATE Result 2024: The Indian Institute of Science(IISc) Bangalore will announce the GATE result on March 16 at goaps.iisc.ac.in; the scorecard will be available for download for the candidates by March 23. Meanwhile, the institute is accepting the rectifications from candidates who were allowed to appear for the GATE examination.
Sharing a post on X, the Institute wrote, “GOAPS portal ( ) is accepting defect rectifications from candidates who were allowed to appear for GATE 2024 provisionally. This is the last opportunity for such candidates to rectify defects & obtain their Score Card subject to qualification in GATE 2024.”
This year, on February 16, the Indian Institute of Science (IISc), Bengaluru released the Candidate’s Response Sheet for the Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE). The GATE Answer Key was published on the website on February 19. Candidates were allowed to raise objections, if any against the answer key between February 22 to February 25, 2024.
The Institute will release the GATE Final Answer Key anytime soon; candidates can access it from the official website. As of now, IISc has not released the GATE Revised Final Answer Key release date and time. Taking to X, several students are asking the Institute to release the revised final answer key. ‘Sir when will final ans key released?,’ wrote an aspirant.
Another aspirant wrote, “Please release the revised answer key for Gate 2024.”
Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE) is a prestigious national-level exam that assesses candidates for comprehensive understanding in various undergraduate-level subjects in Engineering, Technology, Science, Architecture, and Humanities.
Candidates who qualify in GATE can seek admission with possible financial assistance to Master’s programs and direct Doctoral programs in Engineering, Technology, Architecture, Science, and Humanities; and Doctoral programs in relevant branches of Engineering, Science, and Humanities, in institutions supported by Ministry of Education (MoE) and other Government agencies. - Visit the official website of GATE IISc at .
- Look for the ‘GATE Result 2024 Link.
- Enter the login details on the GOAPS portal such as Enrollment ID/Email Address, Password, and captcha code.
- Your GATE Answer Key will be released on the screen.
- Download and take a printout of it for future reference.
