DRDO Scientist D Recruitment 2024: DRDO – Recruitment & Assessment Centre (RAC) invites applications from eligible candidates for the post of Scientist ‘D’ on a deputation basis. Interested candidates can apply both online and offline modes. The closing date for the online application is 45 days from the date of publication in the Employment News.
Candidates should not be exceeding 56 years of age as of the closing date of the advertisement
Service Requirement:
Holding analogous post on a regular basis or having four years of regular service in posts at Level-11 of the Pay Matrix (Rs 67700-208700)
Educational Qualification:
First class Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering/Technology or Master’s Degree in Science
Experience: Minimum of 7 years of experience in research or design or production in the relevant area
The selected candidates will be placed in Pay Level 12 (Basic Pay: Rs.78, 800/- as per 7th CPC)
The selection process involves Shortlisting and Personal Interview
Candidates are required to register and submit their applications online at the website of RAC ( ).
After submitting the online application, a printout of the filled-in online application must be taken and signed by the applicant. The printed version of the online application must be forwarded through Proper Channel by the respective Competent Authority along with (a) self-attested copies of supporting certificates/documents
(b) photocopies of Annual Performance Appraisal Reports (APARs) for the last 05 years duly attested by an officer of the rank of Under Secretary of the Govt. of India or above;
