CUCET 2023 Application Form

- The CUCET 2023 Application form has been made available in online mode.
- The application form for UG course has been released from 9th February 2023.
- The application form for PG course has been released on 20th March 2023.
- Candidates have to fill the application form by filling up personal details, educational qualification, university/ program selection, test paper details, choosing the examination city, etc.
- For UG, last date to apply is till 30th March 2023.
- Upload the scanned images of candidate’s photograph, signature, and category certificate, and PWD certificate.
- In case of mistakes in UG application form of CUCET 2023, candidates can make changes from 1st April to 3rd April 2023.
- Candidates need to take the printout of the application form for future reference.

How to Apply for CUCET 2023?
- Step 1: Visit the website of CUCET 2023 exam. (Link is available above)
- Step 2: Click on the “Register” button for the registration for the CUCET
- Step 3: Candidates have to fill the details such as Personal details, father name, mother name, permanent address, etc.
- Step 4: After that you have to choose password and enter the security pin.
- Step 5: Candidates can preview and verify the personal details and click on “Submit and send OTP to mobile” button to proceed further.
- Step 6: After successful OTP verification, candidates can login by using the application form number and password.
- Step 7: Candidates have to select the university name, slot, exam center.
- Step 8: Candidates have to upload the documents like photograph and signature.
- Step 9: Candidates can now proceed to the payment of application form among the different payment options.
- Step 10: Take the printout of the application form for future reference.
CUCET 2023 Application Correction
The correction facility of CUCET 2023 for UG is available from 1st to 3rd April 2023. Only the editable fields can be edited by the registered candidates. Corrections can be done only through online mode. The authority does not entertain correction sent by students through mail/ post/ fax/ whatsapp/ by hand.
No requests to edit/ modify application is entertained after the completion of application process under any circumstances. For PG, window will be provided from 6th to 8th May 2023.
CUCET 2023 Eligibility Criteria
Given below are the general criteria for the 2023 session:
- Age Limit: There is no age limit for the candidates. However, candidates must check the age norms at the Universities for which they are taking admission.
- For UG Programme: A candidate must have passed class 12th (10+2) from a recognized board/ university. Those failed in 1 or 2 subjects will be considered ineligible.
- For PG Programme: A candidate must have a bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline from a recognized university with at least 50% marks in graduation and (45% marks for reserved category) candidates.
Note: Even if candidates pass the entrance test, they are not guaranteed admission to courses unless they fulfill the eligibility criteria of the university in which they are taking admission.
CUCET 2023 Exam Pattern
Candidates must check the for 2023 given below for UG/ PG courses:
For UG Courses:
- Mode of exam: The exam will be conducted in Computer Based Test (CBT) mode.
- Exam Shifts: There will be three shifts per day. Multiple shifts will be organised depending upon the number of subject choices and candidates.
- Maximum choice of subjects: From all three sections, candidates can choose maximum of 10 subjects.
- Medium of examination: The exam will be conducted in English medium language other than that there are 13 languages.
- Type of question: The paper will contain Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs) in the exam.
- Marking scheme: 5 mark will be given for every correct answer and -1 mark will be deducted for every wrong answer.
For PG Courses:
- Mode of exam: CUCET 2023 will be conducted in Computer Based test mode only.
- Medium of paper: The medium of the paper will be English and Hindi.
- Duration: The duration of the paper will be 2 hours to solve the paper.

- Marking scheme: 4 mark will be awarded for each correct answer and 1 mark will be deducted for every wrong answer.

CUCET 2023 Syllabus
The CUCET for 2023 examination is given below.
For UG Programs: Candidates need to prepare for the CUCET 2023 exam as per the subject’s syllabus prescribed for class 11th and 12th, e.g., PCM/ PCB with English.
For PG Programs: The CUCET PG syllabus will be based on the subjects studied at the time of graduation.
Here is the syllabus for preparing CUCET UG 2023 exam:
- Section IA & IB: Language to be tested via Reading Comprehension (based on different types of passages–Factual, Literary, and Narrative [Literary Aptitude & Vocabulary].
- Section II (Domain Subject): Candidate must prepare from NCERT 12th syllabus for section attempting II.
- Section III (General Test)- Prepare from General Knowledge, Current Affairs, General Mental Ability, Numerical Ability, Quantitative Reasoning (Simple application of basic mathematical concepts arithmetic/algebra geometry/mensuration/stat taught till Grade 8), Logical and Analytical Reasoning.

CUCET 2023 Admit Card
CUCET 2023 will be released from May/ June 2023 for UG courses and for PG courses. The admit card will be released through online mode. To download the admit card candidate have to enter their login details such as application number, password, and date of birth.
Admit cards is an important document which must be carried on the day of examination. Without showing admit cards students will not be allowed to sit in the examination. Candidates must have the printout of the admit card with them.

CUCET 2023 Answer Key
The for CUCET 2023 will be released in second week of June/ July 2023 through online mode. The answer key will contain the correct answers to all the asked questions in the entrance examination.
Candidates can challenge or make objections against the answer key within a certain time limit and also have to submit the fee. The candidate will also get the opportunity to raise objections against the answer key. The final answer key will be released by the exam conducting authority after the completion of the objection facility.
CUCET 2023 Result
The CUCET 2023 will be released in June/ July 2023 through online mode. Candidates can check the result be entering the login details on the website.
After the result declaration, candidates can check the secured rank, qualifying status and individual marks attained by the candidates. Take the printout of the result for the further process of admission such as the counseling process.
