Here are the details about application form of CG PPHT 2023 given below:
- The CG PPHT Application form will be released from the May 2023.
- Application form for will be made available through online mode.
- Fill the application form by entering details like name, parent name, email id, phone number, education qualification, etc.
- Upload the scanned image of the photograph and signature in the specific format.
- The last date to submit the application form will be May/ June 2023.
- Correction facility will be started after submission of the application form in May/ June 2023.
- There will be no need to send any hardcopy of the application form by post to the authority.
- Download the application form and take printout of the same for future references.
Application Fee:
- The application fee will be submitted through online mode. There no offline facility will be provided for fee submission.
- Candidate will be able to pay the fee using different payment gateways such as Debit card, Credit card, and Net Banking.
- Application fee will be non-refundable under any circumstances.
The application fee for different categories are as follows:

CG PPHT 2023 Eligibility Criteria
The eligibility criteria for CG PPHT 2023 is given below:
- Nationality: Indian candidates will be eligible to apply.
- Age Limit: The maximum age limit of candidate will be 30 years as on 1st July 2023 for B.Pharm. There will be 3 years of relaxation given to SC/ ST/ OBC & 5 years for PWD candidates.
- Qualification: Candidate must qualify 12th class or equivalent from any recognized board.
- Marks: The minimum marks candidate must obtain at least 45% marks (40% marks for reserved category candidates).
- Subject: In the qualifying exam candidates must have Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics/ Biology as mandatory subjects.

How to Apply for CG PPHT 2023
Check the step-by-step instructions for filling the online application form of CG PPHT 2023 below:
- Visit the official website (link is provided above).
- Go to the ‘online application’ section.
- Click on the ‘CG PPHT Application form’ tab & register using valid mobile number and email id.
- Candidate shall create new password for online registration purpose.
- Then OTP will be sent to candidate registered mobile number during dashboard login.
- After successful registration candidate will login their “registered email id” and “password” to fill the application form.
- Fill the application form with details like personal details, academic details, applying for the paper, choosing the examination cities, permanent address, etc.
- After entering the details, upload the scanned documents i.e. photograph and signature.
- The size of scanned photograph should be between 60 KB and 40KB in jpg/ jpeg format.
- The size of scanned signature should be between 40 KB and 20 kb in jpg/ jpeg format.
- Candidate can proceed with “Make Payment” after uploading the documents.
- The fee will be submitted through online mode using Credit card, Debit card, and Net Banking.
- After payment candidate must preview the details as correction facility may or may not provided in all fields.
- Download and take the printout of the application form and keep it safe for future references.
