AMET 2024 Application Form
Candidates must go through the section below to know the AMET 2024 application form details:
- The Application form for AMET 2024 will be available via online mode.
- Candidates will be able to fill out the AMET 2024 application form from the first week of October 2023.
- Candidates are advised to fill the details in the application form with utmost case, as wrong details in the form may get rejected.

AMET 2024 Eligibility Criteria

- Qualification: Applying candidates must qualify UG degree (10+2+3 Pattern) recognized by Association of Indian Universities (AIU).
- Rank: Candidates with a valid scores of rank in Amrita in MET/ CAT/ XAT/ MAT/ CMAT/ GMAT/ GRE/ KMAT.
- Candidates who will be appearing in the above exams must apply with the test registration number.
- Percentage: Candidates must score at least 50% marks in class 10th & 12th and in UG Program.
- Appearing: Those candidates who will be appearing in the qualifying exam in year 2024 will also be eligible to apply.
Note: The Department of Management, Kochi & Amritapuri (Kollam) campuses will accept the scores of KMAT.
AMET 2024 Admission Procedure
The authority will conduct the AMET 2024 admission procedure on the basis of the secured marks in the entrance test. The marks of CAT/ XAT/ MAT/ CMAT/ GRE/ KMAT will also be valid for the admission. For shortlisted candidates, there will be Personal Interview (PI) round. The authority will inform the candidates regarding the PI dates through email & SMS.
During the Personal Interview (PI) round, the authority will examine the written, communication skills, GK and overall personality skills of the candidates. Those candidates who will be selected in the PI round will get the offer letter through email & SMS. Candidates are advised to keep checking their email and SMS to avoid any information related to the admission.
AMET 2024 Entrance Exam (AMET)
The AMET 2024 entrance examination will be conducted in the month of April 2024. Amrita Vishwa Vidhyapeetham will be the conducting authority of Amrita MBA Entrance Test (AMET) 2024. It will be conducted across India through Computer Based Test (CBT) mode. Total 2 hours and 30 minutes (150 minutes) will be given to solve the question paper. There will be total 100 questions asked in the exam.
There will be four topics in the AMET 2024 syllabus such as Verbal Reasoning & Language Comprehension, Data Interpretation & Analysis, General Knowledge on Indian & Global Scenarios and Quantitative Aptitude. Total 25 questions will be there in each topic. Candidates will be given 3 marks for each correct answer and 1 mark will be deducted for every incorrect response.
AMET 2024 Result
Candidates will be able to check the AMET 2024 result through online mode only. The authority will release the result in the last week of April 2024. To download the result, candidates will have to use their login credentials such as application number and password in the online portal. It will consist with all the details such as application number, candidate’s name, marks, percentage, etc.
A merit list will also be release by the authority on the website. It will consist with the name of the qualified candidates in the examination. Those qualified candidates will be called to participate in the counselling procedure. The admission will be given to the candidates, on the basis of the marks obtained by the them in the examination.
AMET 2024 Counselling
The AMET 2024 counselling procedure will be organized in the month of May 2024. Candidates will be able to participate in the counselling procedure through online mode only. For all the qualified candidates, it will be mandatory to participate in the counselling process. Shortlisted candidates will have to participate in the personal Interview (PI) round.
Through email and SMS, the university will inform the candidates regarding the PI round dates and time. Those selected candidates will have to submit the online fee before the deadline given by the university. During the counselling procedure, candidates will have to carry all the required original & photo state documents for verification process.
