जिल्हाधिकारी, हिंगोली यांचे आस्थापनेवरील तलाठी संवर्गातील रिक्त पदांची राज्य परीक्षा समन्वयक तथा अपर जमाबंदी आयुक्त आणि अतिरीक्त संचालक, भुमी अभिलेख महाराष्ट्र राज्य, पुणे यांची जाहिरात क्र. तलाठी भरती/प्र.क्र.45/2023 दि. 26.06.2023 अन्वये प्रसिध्द करण्यात आलेली होती. त्यानुसार TCS कंपनीमार्फत (Computer Based Test) परिक्षा घेण्यात आलेली होती. त्यानंतर प्र. राज्य परीक्षा समन्वयक तथा अपर जमाबंदी आयुक्त आणि अतिरीक्त संचालक, भुमी अभिलेख महाराष्ट्र राज्य, पुणे यांचे पत्र क्र. तलाठी भरती/कावी/16/2024 दि. 12.01.2024 नुसार मसुदा स्वरुपात निवड व प्रतिक्षा यादी उपलब्ध करुन देण्यात येवून तलाठी पदभरती संदर्भात शासनाने वेळोवेळी निर्गमित केलेले शासन निर्णय / परिपत्रकानुसार पुढील कार्यवाही करणेसाठी सुचित करण्यात आले होते. उक्त निवड व प्रतिक्षा यादी मसुदा प्राप्त झाल्या नुसार जिल्हा निवड समितीची दिनांक 19.01.2024 रोजी बैठक घेवून निवड व प्रतिक्षा यादी दिनांक 23.01.2024 रोजी प्रसिध्द करण्यात आलेली आहे.

सामान्यीकरण (नॉर्मलायझेशन) चुकीच्या पद्धतीने झाल्याच्या आरोपांकडे दुर्लक्ष करून तलाठी भरती परीक्षेची अंतिम यादी जाहीर करण्यावर स्पर्धा परीक्षा समन्वय समितीने आक्षेप घेतला आहे. सामान्यीकरणात घोटाळा झाल्याचा विद्यार्थ्यांसह काही राजकीय पक्षांनीही केला होता. असे असताना मंगळवारी रात्री उशीर भूमी अभिलेख विभागाने उमेदवारांची निवड यादी जाहीर केली आहे.
तलाठ्यांच्या सुमारे ४ हजार ६०० पदांसाठी ५ जानेवारीला सामान्यीकरण करून जिल्हानिहाय गुणवत्ता यादी आदिवासीबहुल जिल्हे वगळता प्रसिद्ध झाली. सामान्यीकरणामुळे ४८ उमेदवारांना २०० पेक्षा जास्त गुण मिळाल्याचे दिसून आले. यावर समन्वय समितीसह विरोधी पक्षांनी आक्षेप घेतला होता. मात्र मंगळवारी भूमी अभिलेख विभागाच्या संकेतस्थळावर अंतिम यादी जाहीर झाली. परीक्षेत घोटाळा झाल्याचे अनेक पुरावे दिले असतानाही चौकशी न करताच यादी जाहीर करण्यावर समन्वय समितीचे अध्यक्ष राहुल कवठेकर यांनी आक्षेप घेतला आहे.

तलाठी भरती परीक्षेसाठी राज्यातील साडेअकरा लाखांपेक्षा जास्त उमेदवारांनी अर्ज भरले होते. छाननीनंतर ४ हजार ४६६ जागांसाठी १० लाख ४१ हजार ७१३ एवढे अर्ज प्राप्त झाले होते. त्यापैकी ८ लाख ६४ हजार ९६० उमेदवारांनी परीक्षा दिली. मोठ्या प्रमाणात अर्ज आल्याने ही परीक्षा तीन टप्प्यांत आणि दिवसातील तीन सत्रांत घेण्यात आली. उमेदवारांना प्रश्न किंवा उत्तरसूचीबाबत काही आक्षेप, हरकती असल्यास त्या नोंदवण्यासाठी २८ सप्टेंबर ते ८ ऑक्टोबरदरम्यान मुदत देण्यात आली होती. संपूर्ण परीक्षेत एकूण ५ हजार ७०० श्नांपैकी २ हजार ८३१ प्रश्नांवर १६ हजार २०५ आक्षेप उमेदवारांनी नोंदवले होते. या आक्षेपांपैकी एकूण वैध १४६ प्रश्नांसाठी घेतलेले ९ हजार ७२ आक्षेप परीक्षा घेणाऱ्या टीसीएस कंपनीकडून योग्य ठरवण्यात आले आहेत.
